Fire Sprinkler System linked to Smoke Alarms in Newbuild

Property Details:

Lynton Build Ltd have recently built two new townhouses, with a further six to be completed in the Autumn 2020. Each property is a 4 bedroom family home, comprising ground floor, first floor, second floor and an attic space, with a mains water supply located in the garage of each plot.

Ultrasafe Fire Sprinkler Solution:

Each System has been designed to be a mains fed system and has a dedicated 32mm mains water supply located in the garage of each plot. The Fire Sprinkler system will be linked to the smoke alarms.

Ultrasafe will be providing a full coverage system throughout each of the property’s habitable rooms. The systems have been designed as a risk category 1 (Single Family dwelling) with a 10 minute run time.
