Property Details:

Built in 1878 these structures served as forts to protect the mainland from off shore as well as aerial attack in the war. In the 1980’s they were sold by the Ministry of Defence to private owners before being purchased by Clarenco in 2009. After a multi-million pound refurbishment programme the forts are now labelled as the “UK’s most exclusive private retreats” serving as both luxury hotels and private event venues.

Ultrasafe Sprinkler Solution:

The client required a residential sprinkler system which would operate in the event of both an electrical and water supply failure. Ultrasafe’s solution was to install a stand-alone Low Flow Stored Pressure system which would ensure 24/7 protection even if such utilities failed.
