Head of Finance
Lisa is a highly experienced finance and payroll professional, and qualified to Level 3 VVQ AAT. Lisa has been our Head of Finance since November 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting. Lisa is responsible for the processing of the payroll each month, VAT Returns and the Purchase & Sales Ledger for Ultrasafe whilst processing invoices from all suppliers and handling all payments for suppliers and subcontractors weekly. Lisa ensures all our financial administration and management runs smoothly.
Service Administrator
As the service administrator at Ultrasafe, Liyah takes pride in managing the servicing department. Her responsibilities are extensive, including ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with clients, and carefully organising work schedules. Liyah prioritises effective communication and teamwork, both with clients and her dedicated team. She believes that building strong relationships and keeping communication channels open are essential to providing outstanding service.
Project Controller
As a project controller at Ultrasafe, Tania plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of the projects. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that a project stays on budget, meets financial goals, and adheres to timelines. Tania also maintains and manages the financial health of a project, providing critical insights to ensure it runs efficiently, stays on budget and meets financial objectives. Tania developed a wealth of skills whilst acquiring her degree in Human Resources Management which have proven to be invaluable whilst integrating into her Ultrasafe role.
