Property Detail:
A construction of 8 town houses and some office units with underground car parking. The development was located in a fashionable area of West London.
Ultrasafe Sprinkler Solution:
Ultrasafe were approached by Harmonix Construction the M&E contractor to design a fire sprinkler system to cover the ground and first floor as per the fire strategy. All 8 houses are fed from a pump and tank located in a plant room in the underground car park. The tank supplies both the sprinkler systems and the boosted cold water supply saving space and cost.
