Welsh Government legislate for properties to fit fire sprinkler systems
In an attempt to reduce the amount of fire deaths and in recognition of their life saving benefits, the Welsh Government has passed legislation which will require all new domestic and residential properties to have a fully fitted fire sprinkler system. This looks set to be enforce from Autumn 2013.
